James grew up in Kirkland and graduated from Lake Washington High School. He’s been helping homeowners as a home buying specialist for nearly a decade, bringing experience, empathy, and a no-pressure approach to every conversation. Before real estate, James was a trained welder and also known as a top-notch sandwich artist and restaurant server. In his free time, he’s perfecting his barbecue skills, hiking, hitting the gym, or spending time with his grandmother.

Dylan grew up in Kirkland and graduated from Lake Washington High School before studying business at the University of Washington. He got his start in B2B sales at a local consulting firm, but found his calling helping people solve real-world problems with Georgia Buys. Outside of work, Dylan’s an avid hooper, passionate world traveler, and a die-hard Husky football fan—you’ll likely find him at the next home game, rain or shine.

Amy Lamanuzzi

Director of Sales and Operations

Amy grew up in Issaquah and graduated from Issaquah High before heading to Eastern Washington University. Her career has taken her around the world—studying theatre and building a strong background in multi-unit retail leadership and corporate commercial sales. Outside of work, Amy loves hiking the PNW trails, gardening, and sewing creative projects. She’s also a proud godmother who cherishes time with her godchildren whenever she gets the chance.

Connor Grover

Marketing Coordinator

Originally from Portland, OR, Connor attended Oregon State University (go Beavs!) and now lives in South Snohomish County with his wife and their dog, Finnlee. Before joining Georgia Buys, he worked in engineering recruitment, but found his passion in real estate marketing. As Marketing Coordinator, Connor focuses on creative ways to reach homeowners who feel stuck. Outside of work, he loves golfing, skiing, playing with Finnlee, and cheering on his Oregon State Beavers.

Georgia isn’t just any home buyer, she’s Seattle born and raised, with a heart as big as the Sound. A third-generation Seattleite, she’s watched the city grow and change, from the rise and fall of the Kingdome to the heartbreak of losing our beloved Sonics.
